The Pistols at Dawn

The Pistols at Dawn provide a sonic assault that will make you dance with tears in your eyes. By infusing catchy dance beats with dramatic flair, they might just knock you off that bar stool and on to the dance floor.

Three comrades met to play some music. Set up in a spider-infested basement, they jammed. Drummer Alex Smith and guitarist Alexei Broner had been working on a song in the style of Dick Dale. Organist Tim Consequence brought his Farfisa organ and suggested a bridge and the sound was born. The following November, Matt Leverton was brought on to play bass, and the band's sound was complete.
