Sweetgrass recorded their first four song EP with Mark Whitcomb.
They recorded live in DNA studios A, capturing a warm intimate sound.
Producer Eric Katte recorded the band's eponymous debut CD in DNA's studio A. Overdubs and mixing were completed in his personal studio. It's some rockin' midwest power pop with a garagey attitude!

Steve Yunker and Black Sunshine were at DNA on Saturday, April 30 to track drums and bass. They wanted to use the studio for the live room and the two-inch tape machine. Jake Johnson, a producer that works mainly out of Paradyme Studios in Madison, was the main producer and engineer on this project... and Kramer was in the house to assist. The band plans to overdub and mix the rest of the project there.

This all grrrrl band based in Warrensburg, Missouri was formed in1994 and recorded a demo album, 2% in october of that year. Just about two years later their major label debut album, Count To Ten was released. Count To Ten was produced by the Portland, Oregon based band Everclear's frontman Art Alexakis.
